• Colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings and lighting conditions
• Product dimensions are approximate and may vary by up to 3%
• Natural fiber products may have variations in texture and color, which is characteristic of handmade items
• We reserve the right to modify product specifications without prior notice

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on our website are in the local currency and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We accept the following payment methods:

• Credit and debit cards
• Bank transfers
• Cash on delivery (where available)

We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. However, orders already placed will not be affected by price changes.

4. Orders and Confirmation

When you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order; it is merely an acknowledgment that we have received it. Acceptance occurs when we dispatch the goods to you.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to:

• Product unavailability
• Pricing errors
• Suspected fraudulent activity
• Failure to meet payment requirements

5. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We will make reasonable efforts to deliver within the specified timeframe. Factors beyond our control may cause delays.

Delivery charges are calculated based on the size and weight of your order and your location. These charges will be displayed at checkout.

Upon delivery, please inspect your order immediately. Any visible damage should be noted on the delivery receipt and reported to us within 48 hours.

6. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return the product within 14 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

• The product must be unused and in its original condition
• Original packaging must be intact
• Custom-made or cut-to-size products cannot be returned
• Proof of purchase must be provided

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the product is defective or we made an error in your order.

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned product.

7. Custom Orders

Custom-made carpets and rugs are made to your specific requirements and cannot be canceled once production has begun. A non-refundable deposit may be required for custom orders.

8. Warranty

Our products come with a manufacturer's warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty period varies by product type:

• Handmade carpets: 12 months
• Machine-made carpets: 6 months
• Rugs and runners: 6 months

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, improper use, or damage caused by cleaning methods not recommended by the manufacturer.

9. Care Instructions

Proper care and maintenance are essential to preserve the quality of your carpet. Failure to follow recommended care instructions may void the warranty. Care instructions are provided with each product.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, descriptions, logos, and designs, is the property of Ali Nazzal Carpets and protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

Ali Nazzal Carpets shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
